Shanghai Donghai College has formalized academic partnerships with three North African institutions through newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs). Deputy Party Secretary Wang Yu and President’s Office Director Li Jianwei concluded the agreements during a recent delegation visit to Egypt and Morocco, where they held productive discussions with leaders and educators from Benha National University, Heliopolis University and School of Information Design. During the visit, both parties reached consensus on multifaceted collaboration frameworks, including joint academic programs, student exchange and scholarly research activities. Deputy Party Secretary Wang Yu signed separate Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with each institution on behalf of Shanghai Donghai College.
