This program, jointly designed by New Zealand Bailie College and  universities in New Zealand for Chinese nursing students, aims to help students gain an understanding of New Zealand’s healthcare and nursing systems. Through a participatory and simulation-based nursing education model, it enhances students’ skills in patient assessment and making informed clinical decisions. Additionally, by participating in Medical English courses, students will significantly improve their communication skills in medical professional language, enabling them to engage more confidently in medical studies and research. The “International Nursing Competency Enhancement Program” lasts for two weeks.
