Recently, Morocco’s Office for Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) sent a letter to Shanghai Donghai College (SDC), highly commending the college for its remarkable achievements in advancing China-Morocco vocational education cooperation, as well as its professional competence, dedication and outstanding contributions.
OFPPT specifically noted that SDC has brought innovative concepts and advanced technologies to Moroccan vocational education, with its practices serving as a model for China’s vocational education internationalization. It also praised the college for building the Belt and Road vocational education network via professional certification and joint talent cultivation, sharing China’s experience globally and providing an effective Chinese solution for skilled talent development. OFPPT expressed anticipation for deeper cooperation to explore new international vocational education models and cultivate globally competitive technical talents.
Professor He Ying, President of SDC, thanked Morocco for the recognition and replied to OFPPT Director Loubna Tricha. She stated the college will further cooperate with friendly countries and high-quality institutions to accelerate internationalization, adding that in-depth cooperation with OFPPT to train talents in short supply for Morocco’s development will be a priority.
